The saddest thing to experience and meet in life is inadequacy, when you give your all and it’s not enough, when you make an effort and it’s not recognized. When you make a plea and it’s not heard …When you give your time and it’s not appreciated?
We have learned to swim the oceans as fish, we have learned to fly the skies as birds… we have traveled the world as voyagers and we are yet to walk this earth with one another as brother and sister and fellow human beings.
Never ever reduce, dull or numb yourself to the level of anyone’s expectations. To seek another’s approval is to die of their rejection.
In life, there will always be someone better, worse or even best. One thing for certain, they will never be you – Remember who you are. Don’t lose yourself trying to find someone, don’t set yourself alight to keep others warm.
Perhaps look at me, like I am magic …

Heavenly Father, merciful God, I humble myself before Thee and in the presence of your creation.
I thank you for all your grace and unconditional love that you continue pour unto my life, when I am not deserving of anything from you Father.
I pray for wisdom and understanding in my purpose father as your child and a mother. I thank you for all the days of our lives, for the protection and comfort that you so graciously provide us.
Help me Father to walk in your light…
May I raise my son to be an independent respectful man?
May he live in Thy name Father God and walk in the path of light.
May we Desire You, seek You, Praise You and Worship you Lord in everything we do.
I want my son to be able to provide for himself when he’s old.
I want him to be able to cook for himself, so that he can feed himself, so that even if he marries, he can feed his family.
I want him to be able to wash and clean so that he can be a well-groomed man.
I want to raise my son to speak well, to know how to say please, sorry and thank you. So that he portrays the image and obtains the qualities of a true gentleman.
I want my son to know the truth, speak the truth and to continually thrive & hunger for the truth. I want him to ask questions, seek the guidance of his elders, but trust in the Lord.
I want to raise a man; I want him to live a life of his own. I will support him and guide him in his life, but as a man I will not make decisions for him.
I will read to him tales and wonderful stories of warriors, but i will not force him to be a hero… I will be there for him.
I will tell him about the wonderful cities in the whole world, but I will not promise him false travels around the world.
I will value his opinions and visions and continually assure him that he is loved and even when he feels like a failure, I will assure him that he could never disappoint me.
I am blessed to have been entrusted with this angel, a happy baby, a strong independent boy and a wonderful son.
Although there’s no guarantee that I will be here forever to see what a wonderful man he will grow up to be. I pray my God, my life he spares and I live to see a brighter day, may He add another day on our living days…in Jesus Name I Pray… Amen.
